Property Evaluation
Mandatory In-Person Tour
Every home must undergo a physical walkthrough to ensure it meets our standards for safety, accessibility & dignity. Non-refundable $30 listing & touring fee required at scheduling.
Strategic Partner Consultation
In-Person Operator Meeting.
We meet with every facility operator face-to-face to discuss management style, resident support, and operational expectations.
Resident Suitability Assessment
Pre-Placement Assessment.
For every new resident, we conduct a private in-person assessment before they are cleared for placement.
