As part of the Open Window Solutions family, we focus on the “Living” aspect of our clients’ journeys. We work hand-in-hand with hospital social workers and reentry coordinators to identify housing that meets the specific medical and social needs of every individual we serve. At OWS, we open the window to a new home and a fresh start.
Our vision is to serve as a reliable bridge between institutional care and long-term residential stability, ensuring that individuals in transition are not left without safe housing. We are committed to closing the gap that often leads to homelessness by providing timely, supportive living solutions for those exiting hospitals, treatment centers, correctional facilities, and other systems of care. Through dignity-centered housing and coordinated support, we aim to create continuity, stability, and a clear path forward for every person we serve.
